I wish I could get a pic, but I don't even know her full name... Plus she's like the most impossible chick to 'read'... She's heaps neutral about everything...

She's probably thinking "Jeez I wish this weirdo would piss off..." haha <!-- sLaugh --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="Laugh" title="Laughing" /><!-- sLaugh -->

How long is the Inertia secret still going to be a secret.
Its been a while now and ppl still think they make flat parts.
Every day I expect to see news bot say, Inertia..now only street parts.

I don't really think it is a secret - I just think that nobody concerned wants to say anything until the current parts are sold. I told Pat at Flatlandfuel.

In my opinion/experience there isn't a better fork available. I expect the OG fork to be pretty good though. If you want an Inertia fork pretty much the only place where you will get it from is Flatlandfuel. They're definitely worth buying. That's not a plug - there's nothing to plug anymore - just my honest opinion. I've thrashed mine for over two years. All of that angry bike throwing shit I used to do back home was with the forks that I'm still running.

The frame, as you all know has problems that will not be resolved. I don't like the bars either - too small.

I guess that's all I can say about Inertia. Hope Lee's doing alright. I need to call the bastard!

What's this 'secret' you are talking about?

I gather Inertia isn't making anymore flat parts then?

And I'm not bashing Inertia here... But their forks could have been Heaps better. Sure, they are probably crazy good strong... But.....

Why the really short steerer tube?
Why 14mm dropouts??? Who runs 14mm axles with featherweight forks???

I just get a really bad feeling about running axle adapters in forks..

Yeah - Lee is finished with Inertia now so no more flatland products.

The steerer tube is only short on the first production models. The ones that went to Flatlandfuel have a longer steerer tube. I'm not sure how long though.

The whole 14mm axle thing is Lee's idea as there is no 10mm axle out there that can take his abuse and he figured that others would have the same problem. I think that he underestimated just how hard he is on his bike. He makes Ben Moran look like a little girl. I broke lots of 10mm axles and G-sport bolts too though. Out back I broke 8 or 9 good quality 10mm axles in my Nankai over a two year period. I think he just wanted there to be one fork so that everybody could have the option of 10mm or 14mm.

I agree, they could have been heaps better but I don't think that there are other forks out there that are better at the moment - or even come close. I just looked at the OG forks and I think that the tapering is too aggressive and they look a bit 'twiggy'.

Seriously, Pedal was an arse load better that global ever was...

At least people could join and then filter off into their 'street' 'ramp' or 'park' groups... Now its just a free for all....

I don't mean to state the obvious...... [Image Can Not Be Found]

C'mon people, it is a fake...

Possums are vicious little bastards, the fact that someone can pick one up without being clawed to death is a feat in itself.. let alone take a picture of themselves holding one.. It must be either sedated, badly injured-(and in shock) or dead.... And this 'cat' is a male remember.

How did they get the picture of it straight in front of the lense anyway? [b:3kvwfmk2]Ummm.............With gumleaves surrounding it? [/b:3kvwfmk2]
Would you take a picture of a 'lost cat' in a gumtree? And actually post 'lost and found' leaflets around a town/city/suburb?... This is a lost cat remember ladies...

A possum on 'Sydney road'?

It is a crack up though, I lol'd... <!-- sLaugh --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="Laugh" title="Laughing" /><!-- sLaugh -->

C'mon you three, step up!........ [Image Can Not Be Found]
Yeah, just to piss everyone off, that's you Katie and Ali!!!! hahah ( <!-- sWink --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><!-- sWink --> )... but am I right? <!-- sLaugh --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="Laugh" title="Laughing" /><!-- sLaugh --> <!-- sLaugh --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="Laugh" title="Laughing" /><!-- sLaugh --> <!-- sLaugh --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="Laugh" title="Laughing" /><!-- sLaugh -->

Yo Todd!

Why on globalflat is there these two folders:

*[b:38z5at9t]Parts and Bikes[/b:38z5at9t]
Questions about parts/technics. [i:38z5at9t]Show your bike![/i:38z5at9t]

*[b:38z5at9t]Flatland Media[/b:38z5at9t]
All the flatland media the eye can handle. Videos, Photos and Artwork..

It says 'show your bike' in the first folder, yet every 'post your st martin/kgb/khe...bike' is in "flatland media" but post your "Ares bikes" is in 'parts and bikes?'

I know you inititiated the other thread, but it's sort of hard to follow...

Sort of weird man!

The ares thread was more about the parts and sale of them, than setups.

But I moved it and the Chase thread for you Dr Ben McGinnes M.D. OAM
