List all the reasons you can think of that someone would put their bike, which for all intents and purposes appeared to be in perfect working order, in a shopping trolley.

The odds are the owner of the bike didn't put it in the trolley.
More likely a joy ride, where someone sees a bike to take for a ride to their destination and dump it nearby.
