[quote="flatnatics":25favnv9]does your bike fit in it no worries???[/quote:25favnv9]
To be honest, I haven't even tried to fit her in, yet..!! lol The rear seats are folded down, and will probably stay that way. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to lay the bike down in there. And by the looks of it, I reckon I'll be able to fit 2 people in the back, too... laying down [Image Can Not Be Found]
I'm at work now, so I cant see what you posted before this post. I'm wondering what it is that you say I can't do in the Mustang, though. When i get home I'll check.

[quote="Three":2zu4irlk]Mustang wheels are supposed to look like that. You cant put big rims on a stang!!!
It's American muscle, not a ricer.[/quote:2zu4irlk]
Yeh i'm not saying to chuck on a shiny set of 22s or anything im just saying that in comparison to the longness of the body the wheels look slightly out of proportion.

It's definitely a long car. It's got about a foot at each end, between roller doors, in my garage.
Most Mustangs will roll on 17's, but some try to modernise their ponies, putting 19's, which looks wrong, in my opinion.
First thing getting done to her is the suspension, disc brakes all round, rack and pinion steering, stainless twin 2.5" exhaust, upgraded fuel pump and lines (currently has on-board Motec fuel injetion), all while the 5.0L donk is out and overhauled by my good friend Mark and his mad-scientist brother who can strip down an engine and rebuild her in a straight jacket.
Interior is last, even though it's already 90% done. Brushed aluminium gauges and dash, woodgrain/aluminium steering wheel, maybe some new carpet, a half decent cd player and set of 6x9's should cover the sound system well enough (the roar of the engine and exhaust note is the only music I wanna hear while driving [Image Can Not Be Found]) A set of Coys Eleanor 17" wheels, and some mild panel work, with multiple coats of gloss red to top her off...!! Unless I decide to turn her into an Eleanor, which I'm still debating...
All i gotta do now is sell the Mistubishi FTO to fund the project. lol

Why don't you like G's?
Other tires that are designed with a park and street bias are softer and slower. This usually means that they are thicker and heavier.
There isn't really another choice in terms of a G-feel tire mate... You could try some Odyssey Paths - they're inexpensive - about as wide as a 1.85 Freq G and a bit squarer. They are damn slow though! The plus is that all BMX stores will have a stack of them in stock.
Aside from that I wouldn't know what to suggest - Comets puncture really easily. Walls are super heavy. . . Don't know the scoop on the animal tires but the ASM looks like a similar story to a Primo Wall and the GLH looks more like another one of Odyssey's tires which I can't remember the name of.
If you're up for a try of something else nothing will feel anywhere close to a Freq G.
Tires don't last very long though and different tires will bring something new to your riding. Why not try some wider ones? They feel sluggish but offer more stability. I've been off G's for almost a year now and am going back on next week to bring back some old tricks! Any change to your bike is good if your riding. Where yor can't do one thing you can do another.

I learned on a 2.125 (maybe even bigger with all the air I put in it) the treads were pretty nice looking back. They were walmart type tires, kendas. I road long after the tires ripped through and every 15 minutes or so would have to put on a new layer of duct tape to keep the tube from popping. I could stick three or four fingers through the hole on one of them.
Then I got some odyssey elms. they were nice too as they were the first real bmx tire I ever saw in person. They would NEVER fit on my current m7 and inertia fork. No way no how.
The used bike I first bought came with a comet and an animal, why would anyone ever pay money for an already worn out tire? I either gave them away for free or threw them out.
Now I use g's normal steel bead. The treads are worn uneven and I just dont care for the tread style right now. To slippery when they come, a grace period, then no tread and slippage.
In saying all this I just realized it doesnt really matter seeing as how I havent ridden my bike a single time since July . Not even once, its in a 200 fucking dollar travel back in my garage [Image Can Not Be Found]

Well if you buy new tires you might want to ride it again.
It's nothing to be ashamed of. New parts or different parts motivate all of us. The child inside gets excited. A good feeling.
I can hardly sleep knowing that some time next week I will receive some actual flatland pegs - Albeit only 2 - for the first time in over a year I'll have pegs over 10cm long on my bike!
