You only have to use the last part of the youtube url in the forum code. For example in this particular video, just the highlighted section....

Bit quiet in here this weekend... I'll just spit out what I've been up to.
New St. Martin sprocket arriving this week. That'll take me to an 18-9 gearing. I hate pedalling twice and doing a lap of my riding spot, it just doesn't feel 'Flatland-ish'.
Seat post is on it's way to Bendsville. That means my new seatpost and sprocket will have to go in for a powder-coating, to stay uniform with my bikes colour-code. The price u pay when u want a pretty bike. lol
The approaching wet weather will see the end of my Mustangs road-time for a while. Poor brakes means unsafe driving, so it's high-time I start the restoration process. Girlfriend is getting a car soon, so I gotta make room in the garage for her car, so the Mustang is off to dads backyard for the next 12 months, I reckon. Hope to have it done by summer next year..!!

June's pic awesome! I had a wank to it the other night - so good!
Buff - powdercoating the seatpost? Only the part that is visible right?
Shaun's joke - shit. . .
My knee - worse. . . Had my first proper crash landing on flat since I was riding the red Inertia. Maybe two and a half years? Nothing long term just knee to ground first thing. Probably won't ride for a couple of days. . .
Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr totally bored. . . Thinking about sleeping. . .
In other news:
I'll be back before Christmas and living in Stinkney for a year or two. . .

Brett, how's ur back..?? Did you strain it, or is it something on-going..??
I think I strained a ligament in my knuckle, where it joins to the back of my hand. Either a strain, or it's arthritis, which wouldn't come on that suddenly, but the pain sure feels like what my mum says her arthritis feels like.
Soooo, I did some research, and spent $150 on 6 months worth of supplements to combat joint pain/inflammation.
Starting Monday, I'm taking Glucosamine 1500mg, Omega-3 Fish-oil 1500mg, and Swisse Multi-Vitamin. Takes about 2-3 weeks to get into the system, which should be plenty to get me right for Brizzy [Image Can Not Be Found]
I figure if I want to be riding well into my 40's, I should do something now to help my joints take the beating. Lifting heavy-ass weights for the last 20yrs can't have helped much, either. lol
Anyone else taking anything similar..?? How do you find it..??

Hey Buff, you probably don't need to take a multivitamin mate. Fish oils are good though - concentrations of everything are natural. Decent source of some vitamins such as a form of vitamin A that helps cell growth and repair. Just try and eat as many different coloured vegetables and fruit as you can. The different colours are different antioxidants - some antioxidants are vitamins (some kinds of C and E) and all antioxidants are good for you.
If you eat a good diet and take a supplement your body will slow down the rate at which it absorbs certain things from your gut so make sure you don't miss days and don't suddenly stop either.
