Fuck me!!! That is a bad sprain! You might feel that forever Kit. At least 6 months anyway. . .
Get a decent lace up support - spare no expense on that either! It'll have you riding a lot sooner. Get physio too - it makes a world of difference.

Seen the physio, he said I did a good job. I fucked my crutches off last night and can kinda walk on it - i just dont have the flexibility back yet. Once I can walk and stuff ill look into a support.

Had an x-ray and ultrasound yesterday... it appears I have a ganglion cyst in the joint between my pinky and ring-finger. Best thing to do now is to drain it and get a cortisone injection. Not sure how long the healing process will be after that, but I'll be doing all kinds of at-home physio on it, as I wanna be back on the bike and in the gym as soon as poss.
In other news, I got myself a JVC HD vid-camera recently, with a 120gb hard drive. I'm dying to make some edits, so this damn injury can't heal fast enough..!!

You should buy my suzuki DR250S, it will make a great addition to your JVC-HD Cam, you could strap an external hard drive to the body kit, install a projector in the headlight, and then you could ride whereever you wanted in the world without leaving your hometown.......$750 for you.....

Its a small world, yesterday I was dropping a trailer off in Sydney, and later we stopped at the red rooster at Eastern creek, 5mins later Rhys walks through the door. He's been living in after being in Alice springs for months, and this was his first week back.. We are going to see if we can tee-up a ride soon.

nah not that i know of..i just think the cold,work n life in general has caught up with people..once it warms up i think the ants will come out of their mounds dude! but there has been a bit of ego n im better than you going on down here n hopefully that goes away too [Image Can Not Be Found]
